No Refund for Unused Nights
If you need to cut your stay short or check out early, the unused portion of your reservation will not be refunded since it is almost impossible to book these days to another guest.

Important Notice: Payment Policy Update

Starting May 1st, 2025, Sugarbear's Sweet Retreat will no longer accept checks or credit cards as forms of payment. We will be transitioning to cash-only payments for all boarding services.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe this change is in our best interest to serve you better. Please note:

Checks presented on or after May 1st, 2025, will not be accepted. This could delay the boarding process.
Checks mailed to us will be returned to the sender.
