Boarding Requirements for Sugarbear's Sweet Retreat
1. Contact Sugarbear's Sweet Retreat either by phone (828) 828-829-0900 or via email: SugarbearsSweetRetreat@gmail.com to check availability for your requested dates.
2. Please advise a DROP OFF DATE and a PICK UP DATE.
3. Once availability is confirmed for your requested dates, we will need ask you to either download our Boarding Agreement Forms, fill them out and return via email or request us to US Mail them to your address if time to receive them is sufficient before stay.
4. Upon receiving the Boarding Agreement Forms you will fill out all forms, if more than (1) dog is boarding, each dog will need a separate copy of the Boarding Agreement Form titled "Pet Information".
5. When returning the Boarding Agreement forms, please email them to sugarbearssweetretreat@gmail.com or via US Mail to the address: Sugarbear's Sweet Retreat 145 Brewer Drive, Marion, NC 28752. Along with the Boarding Agreement Forms you will be required to send copies of vaccination records for each dog boarding that contain up to date vaccinations for the following: Rabies, DHHP or Booster and Bordetella vaccinations. We also require proof of the flea prevention used for your dog.
6. Once we receive all paperwork and it's all approved, we will confirm your reservation with you.
7. We do require a deposit in the amount of 1/2 the total amount of the stay. This is a non-refundable deposit in the event a cancellation occurs or a No Show the entire deposit will be forfeited. The remaining balance will be paid in full on drop off date.
